I mentioned that we were taking formal photos during our cocktail hour. Well, some of our guests took their own portraits, using Polebridge’s unique landscape and architecture.
Here are two of my sisters/bridesmaids outside of the Northern Lights Saloon, posing on a bench with a saw blade, a shovel, an axe, and a bottle of Coca-Cola…
After drinking a few cocktails and noshing on appetizers, many guests wandered over for pictures with us, and lots of people took their own pics of us posing for the photographer.
Here we are with my mom, dad, and sisters. Notice the peaks are now visible behind us with new snow on top…
Of course, my sisters and I had to “pose” several photos of us goofing off. We always do…
Finally, here I am with my new husband, his 93-year-old grandfather, and grandpa’s lady friend. His grandfather’s inholding on Lake McDonald is the reason any of us ever came to Glacier National Park in the first place, and perhaps the reason Mr. CP and I are together today!
This is just a little taste of what you’ll see in skillfully shot, gorgeously framed, post-processed detail when we get our pro-pics from Piknik Studios. We’re expecting them soon, and so you should expect them soon, too!
Where did you choose to stage your formal portraits?
